350g Crรจme fraiche (38% fat)
Chives
Black Pepper
Dashi RDX
Vegan XO Sauce
Method
- Add the crรจme fraiche to a small mixing bowl. Cut the chives finely and add to the crรจme fraiche together with a healthy splash of Dashi RDX and freshly ground black pepper. Mix to combine.ย Add a generous spoon of Vegan XO Sauce on top to finish.ย
- Serve the XO + RDX Dip with blanched or fresh vegetables, on top of baked potatoes or leeks, or simply drizzle over your favorite grilled vegetables.
