Raspberry & Rhubarb Tamari Salad
Serves 4
Ingredients

Fresh summer berries, such as raspberries, strawberries, red gooseberries, blackberries, and mulberries. Quantity to your liking.  

Rhubarb Tamari 

Seasonal herbs and flowers, such as basil leaves and basil flowers, cilantro, and lemon verbena 

High-quality extra-virgin olive oil  

Forager’s Vinaigrette, optional 

Method
  1. Gently tear the berries and arrange onto a plate however you like.
  2. Give them a good drizzle of Rhubarb Tamari, season with salt, and garnish with seasonal herbs.
  3. Finish, if you like, with a spoonful (or more) Forager’s Vinaigrette.
