Rhubarb Tamari
Seasonal herbs and flowers, such as basil leaves and basil flowers, cilantro, and lemon verbena
High-quality extra-virgin olive oil
Forager’s Vinaigrette, optional
Method
- Gently tear the berries and arrange onto a plate however you like.
- Give them a good drizzle of Rhubarb Tamari, season with salt, and garnish with seasonal herbs.
- Finish, if you like, with a spoonful (or more) Forager’s Vinaigrette.
