Corn Yuzu Hot Sauce


A vibrant blend of roasted habanero, sweet corn, and yuzu, milled together into a bright and textured hot sauce. Dreamt up by the noma test kitchen to give everyday cooking a unique hit of heat. A staff favorite, which we use on everything from barbecued fish and vegetables to fried eggs and salads.

Corn Yuzu Hot Sauce sits at 1230 Scoville Heat Units (SHU): the yellow habanero gives a mild and fruity kick. Exact spice levels may vary from batch to batch.

The rapeseed oil we use is an EU-certified organic rapeseed oil. By EU organic regulations, that means it is processed via physical extraction, without the use of any chemicals, cannot be fortified, and does not contain any GMOs. We choose this neutral oil to make way for the flavors of the other ingredients to shine through.
