Social Media Manager

The Role

We are looking for a Social Media Manager for a newly created role to cover both noma and Noma Projects. The right person is an experienced creative spirit with excellent planning and people skills.  

Social Media is our primary channel of communication. We are looking for an experienced new colleague, with a genuine interest in social media and the digital landscape. You can think both creatively and commercially and implement this in the planning and execution of our social media strategy. You will be responsible for our two social media channels (@noma and @nomaprojects) – being able to ideate, plan, execute, and follow up on campaigns and launches.

Responsibilities include:

  • Management of our two Instagram channels (@noma and @nomaprojects) 
  • Lead social media support for new projects and initiatives including all partnerships and brand collaborations. 
  • Community management including publishing. 
  • Plan monthly themes and manage the daily calendar in alignment with business objectives and the overall communication plan. 
  • Writing captions for IG.  
  • Plan, create and execute digital campaigns. 
  • Adopt aesthetics and tone of voice for both noma and Noma Projects 
  • Performance analysis, optimization, and reporting across social media platforms 
  • Develop commercial strategy across organic and paid campaigns 
  • Research emerging platforms and identify trends within social media 

The role is based in Copenhagen, as part of the Marketing & Communications team.

Requirements

  • We are looking for a colleague with ideally 5+ years’ experience from a similar role.
  • You are energetic and enthusiastic, with a genuine interest in food, home cooking, food products and restaurant culture.
  • Experience in F&B or e-commerce is a plus. 
  • Native English or equivalent skills are required. 
  • Salary is negotiable and based on experience.
