A new filter coffee subscription from restaurant noma, featuring beans sourced and roasted by our team in Copenhagen.
Over a decade ago, we set out to make coffee an unforgettable part of the dining experience at noma. After years working with amazing roasters and developing a brewing method fit to our menu and its pace, we eventually asked ourselves: Why not do it all?
You’re joining the noma team on their coffee journey. Each month, you’ll receive two bags of beans from our ongoing explorations, each one unique and roasted by us in Copenhagen. We’ll be there to provide guidance and a steady stream of journals and stories.
We now have the chance to work more closely than ever before with growers who are in touch with the land, with nature. It’s a logical step for us here at noma, where we have always had a personal relationship with our farmers.
If you can’t find the anser you’re looking for, please email us at hello@nomaprojects.com and we’ll be happy to help.
Each month, you’ll receive two 250g bags of coffee selected by our head sommeliers and roasters. Subscriptions are available as monthly, 6-month, or 12-month plans.
Monthly subscriptions are billed at the beginning of each month, while 6- and 12-month plans offer discounted rates upfront.
The first delivery will be shipped out the first week of April.
At this time, we only offer our coffee as a subscription. This is due to the limited availability of the beans we source and our hope to take members along a journey that explores a wide variety of flavors, coffee-growing regions, and stories.
Yes. We understand that things can change, so monthly subscriptions can be canceled until the 20th of each month.
Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and added during checkout. You will be able to add other noma flavors to your order without additional shipping.
Noma Kaffe is available to the full shipping network of Noma Projects, which includes EU, UK, US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Norway, and Switzerland.
Deliveries are dispatched at the beginning of each month. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information every time your order is shipped.
At the moment, we don’t offer the option to skip or pause. However, you can cancel and re-subscribe at your convenience (subject to program availability).
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other region-specific payment methods.
Yes, Noma Kaffe subscriptions make the perfect gift. You can add the recipients address during checkout.
Each month features two distinct coffees, chosen for their exceptional quality and unique profiles. Every selection is thoughtfully curated to represent diverse flavors.
Our head sommelier and roasters personally select and curate the coffees. You can read about them in the module below.
The program is designed to take you along noma’s current coffee program, so the coffees are pre-selected to tell this story.
Yes, all coffees are roasted fresh to order and shipped promptly to ensure optimal quality and flavor.
The program is designed to explore new flavors, so each month features unique selections. However, standouts may make an occasional return.
