Join the Noma Kaffe team as we build lasting relationships with coffee farmers across the globe. Each month, you’ll receive two 250g bags, curated by our roasting team in close collaboration with our producer partners. 

Each harvest gives us the chance to learn more and refine our process. Now in our second year of the subscription, we revisit producers we admire, deepen our partnerships, and introduce new farmers that share our approach to quality and care for the land. The subscription follows this ongoing work and shares the context behind every release. 

For added convenience, you can choose a 6- or 12-month subscription at a preferred rate.

Whether you subscribe to Noma Kaffe or not, we’re happy to share our three essential approaches to brewing filter coffee at noma.

This is your basic, essential V60 recipe, for which you should use a scale and timer. Keep in mind that you may have to experiment with grind size and exact timings to fully lock in what works best for the particular coffee you’re enjoying.

Back in 2020, we challenged our then-roaster, Tim, to develop a method of brewing that would sit somewhere between an espresso and filter coffee, whilst simultaneously offering us a more consistent workflow. Many trials later, the Nomacano was born.

Inspired by our hybrid “Nomacano”, in which we use a paper filter in espresso porta-filters, we discovered that adding a paper filter to the French press could help brighten up the cup and clean it of the coffee residue and silt that we associate with this style.

The Membership

Each month, you’ll receive two 250g bags of coffee selected by our creative director and roasters. The membership is available as monthly, 6-month, or 12-month subscription plans.

Subscriptions are billed at the beginning of each month.

Your first delivery will be shipped out at the beginning of the following month.

At this time, we only offer our coffee as a subscription. This is due to the limited availability of the beans we source and our hope to take members along a journey that explores a wide variety of flavors, coffee-growing regions, and stories.

Yes. We understand that things can change, so monthly subscriptions can be canceled any month, until 7 days before your next order.

The renewal of 6 and 12 month subscriptions can be cancelled after the initial 6 or 12 month commitment and until 7 days prior to the renewal.

Yes, you can pause your membership or simply skip a month.

Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and added during checkout. You will be able to add other noma flavors to your order without additional shipping.

Noma Kaffe is available to the full shipping network of Noma Projects, which includes EU, UK, US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Norway, and Switzerland.

Deliveries are dispatched at the beginning of each month. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information every time your order is shipped.

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other region-specific payment methods.

Yes, Noma Kaffe subscriptions make the perfect gift. You can add the recipients address during checkout.

Each month features two distinct coffees, chosen for their exceptional quality and unique profiles. Every selection is thoughtfully curated to represent diverse flavors. 

Our roasters work together with our partners at origin to select and curate the coffees. You can read about them in the module above.

The program is designed to take you along noma’s current coffee program, so the coffees are pre-selected to tell this story.

Yes, all coffees are roasted fresh to order and shipped promptly to ensure optimal quality and flavor.

The program is designed to explore and grow our collaborations at origin. While standout coffees may make the occasional return, the primary focus of the subscription is to explore what is new and exciting at farm level.
