Each coffee parcel in the January, 2026 edition of Noma Kaffe – “A Single Day’s Harvest” — represents one day of pickings from the Beneficio Comunitario San Pedro in Chiapas, Mexico. These are extremely small day lots from a very remarkable place. “I could definitely drink a lot of this,” says noma Restaurant Manager Sebastian Lunøe in Carolyne’s latest tasting video.
