

Tasting with Tsubasa
We’re very, very excited to have received this year’s fresh harvest of Ethiopian coffee. In the roastery, when we say that a coffee tastes “Ethiopian,” we mean it as a huge compliment: it is grown precisely as nature intended—and for this month’s subscription, we have chosen to include two such coffees.
You may recognize one of them; this harvest from Buku Sayisa tastes even better than the previous crop. To complement its bold, fruity character we have included an elegant, washed-process counterpart from Yirgacheffe.
