May 2026: Tasting with Daniel

This month, we’re tasting a Peruvian coffee from La Chacra D’dago, a biodynamic farm nestled in the heart of the Andes. Since the coffee comes from Peru, we thought it only fitting to invite Daniel—who is also from Peru—to join the tasting.  

He’s usually behind the camera, helping bring Noma Kaffe to life across our video content. This month, he steps in front of it to taste a coffee shaped by both tradition and experimentation, grown by a father-and-son team pursuing quality through regenerative  farming.
