There are guests, and then there are old friends.
Maria’s friendship with the Noma team goes back more than a decade. This week, she stopped by the Noma Projects Shop in Copenhagen to taste Luis Alejandro Ortega’s Geisha — a coffee whose floral balance develops slowly under the canopy of taller trees.
What followed was part tasting, part catch-up, and part reminder of how many friendships have grown at Noma — much like Luis’s Geisha — with time, care, and attention.
