Apple and Turnip Salad

Ingredients

1 turnip 
2 apples 
crushed hazelnuts 
Forest Vinaigrette 
fresh herbs: sage, basil, sorrel

Method
  • Using a mandoline or knife, slice the apples and raw turnips very thinly.  
  • Arrange the ingredients on a flat plate, and season with the Forest Vinaigrette, salt, and pepper. 
  • Top with fresh herbs and hazelnuts.
