1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
3 or 4 tablespoons tasty, high-quality olive oil
1 tablespoon Corn Yuzu Hot Sauce
Make this simple vinaigrette to dress a nice green salad (or any salad), to accompany steamed vegetables, or to bring some heat to the classic French pairing of chilled leeks and vinaigrette.
In a bowl, whisk the mustard and lemon juice to an even consistency and gradually add the olive oil while stirring. Once uniform, add the Corn Yuzu Hot Sauce. Toss with your preferred greens or vegetables.
