Forager's Mignonette
Ingredients

50g shallot, finely minced

3g black peppercorns, toasted and crushed

2g salt

80g Forager's Vinaigrette

Method

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and allow to sit for at least 30 minutes before using. Serve cold, with many oysters.
