Fried Eggs with Corn Yuzu Hot Sauce
Serves 1
Ingredients

2 eggs
1 tbsp cooking olive oil
10 g (2/3 tbsp) butter
Corn Yuzu Hot Sauceย 

Method
  • Place a panย over high heatย until it isย very hot;ย this isย key to getting the egg crispy.ย Addย olive oil,ย crackย inย the egg, and cook untilย the edges of theย whitesย start toย turnย golden brown,ย about 1 minute. Add the butter.ย Withย a spoon,ย baste the yolk in the hot melted butterย until there is no translucent layer on theย surface of the egg.ย 
  • Transfer to a plateย andย season with salt,ย freshlyย cracked black pepper,ย andย aย good amount ofย Corn Yuzu Hot Sauce. Serve withย well-buttered bread.ย
