Ingredients

50ml sweet vermouth
50ml sherry
15ml Whisky Vinegar
1 tsp honey (optional)

Method

Put all ingredients together in a shaker with ice, shake vigorously then pour in a glass with fresh ice. Top with a splash of sparkling water and an olive or orange.
