Mozzarella, Basil, Tomatoes and Strawberry Salad

1 Buffalo mozzarella
Handful of Basil leaves
4 Tomatoes
8 Strawberries
Vegan XO Sauce
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste



1. Wash the tomatoes and strawberries, cut to your preference, and arrange in a bowl.

2. Cut or break the buffalo mozzarella and distribute among the cut tomatoes and strawberries. Garnish with basil and season with freshly ground pepper and a pinch of salt. Dress with a few spoons of Vegan XO Sauce to finish off the summer salad.
