Ingredients

500g Watermelon
1 Large tomato
Salt
Forager's Vinaigrette

Method

1. Cut the watermelon into chunks and add it to a blender along with a quartered large tomato. Add 4 tbsp of well-shaken Forager’s Vinaigrette and a pinch of salt to the blender and blend until smooth.  

2. Strain the blended mixture through a fine sieve into a jug, add ice and enjoy the drink doing the hot summer days.
