Ingredients
600g Tomatoes, (different varieties)
2-3 tbsp Foragers Vinaigrette
1 tsp Herbs de Provence
Salt and pepper
Method
- Slice the tomatoes approximately 1 cm thick. Arrange them on your serving plate, leaving a bit of space for an edge.
- Shake and generously drizzle the foragers vinaigrette over the top of the tomatoes. Season with salt, followed by a light sprinkle of herbs de Provence. You could also dress the tomatoes with fresh oregano, basil, or whatever herbs you prefer.
- Enjoy this super simple salad with some nice bread, or serve as a side dish.
