1 slice fresh sour dough bread
1-2 summer tomatoes (depending on size)
½ tablespoon Wild Rose Vinegar
1 teaspoon olive oil
Sea salt to taste
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Evenly cover your slice of bread with mayonnaise as much or little as you like. Slice the tomato in nice thick slices, give the tomatoes a good drizzle of rose vinegar, followed by a drizzle of olive oil, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
