Add richness and a satisfying stickiness to this summertime classic with a thick lacquering of Dashi RDX.
4 cobs Sweet corn
Unsalted butter, to brush
Dashi RDX, to drizzle
1. Preheat your barbecue for medium-high heat (or light the equivalent amount of charcoal).
2. Pull the husks off the cobs of corn and remove as many corn threads as you can. Grill the corn on all sides just until they begin to colour. Brush them with the melted butter and return to the grill. Continue to cook until the cobs are evenly grilled, and even lightly charred in places.
3. Remove to a serving dish and brush with Dashi RDX while still hot. Serve immediately.
