1 Avocado
Salt
Forager's Vinaigrette

Method

1. Dice half of an avocado and add it to a tall container suitable for an immersion blender with a pinch of salt. Add 100 ml of Foragers Vinaigrette to the same container. Using an immersion blender, blend mixture starting from the bottom and slowly moving up to form a mayonnaise/emulsion. Use the fresh vegan mayonnaise as a dip or a spread at the dinner table
