1 Avocado
Salt
Forager's Vinaigrette

Method
  • Dice half ofanavocado and add it to a tall containersuitable for an immersion blenderwith a pinch of salt. Add 100 ml of Forager’s Vinaigrette to the same container. Using an immersion blender,blendmixturestarting from the bottom and slowly moving uptoform a mayonnaise/emulsion. Use the fresh vegan mayonnaise as a dip or a spread at the dinner table.
