Ingredients

30mL vodka
1 tablespoon Wild Rose Vinegar
2-8 drops tabasco sauce (depending on your spice tolerance)
Ice cubes
A pinch of salt
Tomato juice (enough to fill the glass)
1 celery stick
Freshly cracked black pepper

Method

Fill your glass with ice, add the vodka, tabasco, salt, and vinegar. Give the mixture a little stir, fill the glass with tomato juice, add the celery stick, give it one more stir, and season with pepper. Enjoy with brunch.
