Potato and Pumpkin Purée

Pumpkin and potato spiked with Corn Yuzu Hot Sauce – need we say more? We can’t... our mouths are full of this pure deliciousness. Join us!

Ingredients
  • 1 Hokkaido pumpkin
  • 200 g potatoes
  • 50 g brown butter
  • 1 tbsp chives, minced
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds, toasted
  • 2 tbsp Corn Yuzu Hot Sauce
Method
  1. Peel and dice the pumpkin and potatoes. Place into a pot, cover with cold water and bring to a boil. Simmer until they are cooked through.
  2. In a food processor, blend the potato and pumpkin with the brown butter and Corn Yuzu Hot Sauce.
  3. Transfer to a serving bowl, and top with toasted pumpkin seeds and minced chives.
