Herbed Feta Dip

When we dip, you dip, herb dip...!

Ingredients
  • 200 g feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tbsp olive oil (plus more for drizzling)
  • 1 small garlic clove, minced (or to taste)
  • 2 tbsp walnuts, finely chopped or lightly crushed
  • 1 tbsp fresh basil, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp Corn Yuzu Hot Sauce
  • Pita chips, radishes, and carrots for serving
Method
  1. Place the feta cheese in a medium bowl. Mash it with a fork or small whisk until broken down but still slightly textured.
  2. Stir in the minced garlic, basil, and parsley, and mix until the herbs are evenly distributed.
  3. Gradually drizzle in the olive oil and Corn Yuzu Hot Sauce while mixing to achieve a creamy, spreadable consistency.
  4. Fold in the chopped walnuts and mix through. Season with black pepper and transfer to a serving bowl and drizzle with a little extra Corn Yuzu Hot Sauce to finish.
