When we dip, you dip, herb dip...!
Ingredients
- 200 g feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 tbsp olive oil (plus more for drizzling)
- 1 small garlic clove, minced (or to taste)
- 2 tbsp walnuts, finely chopped or lightly crushed
- 1 tbsp fresh basil, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp Corn Yuzu Hot Sauce
- Pita chips, radishes, and carrots for serving
Method
- Place the feta cheese in a medium bowl. Mash it with a fork or small whisk until broken down but still slightly textured.
- Stir in the minced garlic, basil, and parsley, and mix until the herbs are evenly distributed.
- Gradually drizzle in the olive oil and Corn Yuzu Hot Sauce while mixing to achieve a creamy, spreadable consistency.
- Fold in the chopped walnuts and mix through. Season with black pepper and transfer to a serving bowl and drizzle with a little extra Corn Yuzu Hot Sauce to finish.
