Hazelnut-Berry Praline is a play on a certain world-famous nutty spread. In addition to the star ingredients, the recipe incorporates unique hints of saffron and licorice that keep you coming back for more.

Truffle à la Crème is a deeply savory, deliciously creamy sauce that happens to be entirely plant-based. Made using some of noma’s favorite umami bombs—kelp salt, truffle, and truffle juice—it’s pretty groundbreaking, if you ask us.

Sea Buckthorn Hot Sauce is probably the only hot sauce in the world that features sea buckthorn and a “soy” sauce made with fava beans. Its bright heat might remind you of Frank’s Red Hot. Put it on everything.
