Ingredients
50g Shallot, finely minced
3g Black Peppercorns, toasted and crushed
80g Forager’s Vinaigrette
2g Salt
8g Italian Parsley, chiffonade
Method
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and allow to sit for at least 30 minutes before using. Serve cold, with many oysters
