Ingredients
4 thick slices Sourdough Bread
2 Avocados, ripe
120g (1/2 cup) Stracciatella
100g (1 cup) Watercress, picked and washed
Freshly Cracked Black Pepper, to taste
Flake Salt, to taste
Lemon Juice, to taste
Extra Virgin Olive Oil, to drizzle
Dashi RDX, to drizzle
Method
- Toast the bread until golden brown. Smear half an avocado evenly over each slice of bread.
- Top with the stracciatella and a scattering of the watercress.
- Season liberally with pepper and lightly with salt. Drizzle generously with olive oil and fresh lemon juice. Finish with a drizzle of Dashi RDX.
