Join chef Mette Søberg, Head of Noma’s Test Kitchen for a workshop on Noma’s creative process and how we develop new flavors and products.
Over the course of an hour and a half in the Noma Projects Greenhouse, you’ll taste iconic noma flavors—from rose oil and kelp salt to candied pinecones—as chef Mette teaches you how we build depth and balance in the Test Kitchen.
You’ll then experience our creative process, preparing your own signature paste and fudge inspired by noma’s travels around the world. Working from a curated selection of products, you’ll mix, adjust, and refine your own version.
Each guest will leave the workshop with two jarred bespoke flavors and a deeper understanding of how we approach flavor and experimentation at noma.
