Francisco will guide you through chocolate as a living ingredient—from sourcing cacao to the nuances of production and tempering. Through a curated selection of chocolates paired with a beverage, you'll explore how small variations in technique and ingredients influence chocolate's final expression..
The experience includes a welcome hot chocolate, a tasting menu featuring our chocolate creations, and a gift box to take home with your handmade bars and Ikke Chokolade.
This is a focused session: tasting, discussing, and understanding chocolate, guided by one of the most influential voices in contemporary pastry.
