Noma Projects Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. Due to the perishable nature of food products, we unfortunately cannot refund the order or shipping. However, customer satisfaction is our number one priority. If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, email us at hello@nomaprojects.com.
We will assess refund requests on a case by case basis. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. It may take 1-2 billing cycles to process and post refunds to your bank or credit card.
Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable for delivered orders. For UK customers, customs duties and import taxes are due upon delivery. Your carrier will contact you on how to pay. Parcels that are not picked up will not qualify for a refund for the value of goods or shipping fees.
Returns
The customer has a right of cancellation in accordance with the Danish Consumer Contracts Act and consequently, you may cancel the order until 14 days after you receive the goods. If you wish to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us by email at hello@nomaprojects.com by means of an unambiguous statement about your decision to cancel the order. Please see return exceptions below.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Food
If you wish to cancel and return some or all of the ordered goods, please note that according to the Danish Consumer Contracts Act there the right of cancellation does not apply to (i) food, beverages or other items for the household's current consumption; (ii) goods which are assumed to deteriorate or become obsolete quickly; and (iii) goods where the seal is broken if the goods are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons.
Return Process
To return any non-food item, please contact us at hello@nomaprojects.com to request a return authorization. After receiving the authorization, place the item securely in its original packaging, or something similar, and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note: You will be responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to return your parcel.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please email us at hello@nomaprojects.com.
