Our latest limited bundle features three of the most delicious ingredients to ever come out of the noma Fermentation Lab.

Mushroom Garum is a powerful flavor enhancer that works under the surface to make everyday cooking complex and extraordinary. Meanwhile, Elderflower Peaso is a standout from among our many split-pea “misos; we use this fruity, floral, and slightly acidic ferment for everything from baking cookies to curing seafood.

Then there’s our newest release: Pepper Tamari, a luxuriously rich, delicately aromatic reduction accented with ground Madagascar pepper. From our experience, it can transform almost any savory dish you can think of with just a drop or a drizzle.
