Terms & Conditions
These general terms and conditions (the “General Terms”) apply to the Taste Buds 2026 membership offered by NP 2021 ApS CVR no. 42760749, Strandgade 93, DK-1401 Copenhagen, Denmark (“Noma Projects”, "us", “we”), to you as our customer (“Customer” or “you”). You may only use our services including under the membership if you accept the General Terms and by dealing with Noma Projects, you accept to be bound by these General Terms.
Any changes to the General Terms require the written consent from Noma Projects, and we do not accept differing or conflicting terms and conditions of the Customer, even if the Customer draws our attention to said differing terms and conditions.
The membership lasts one year from purchase and the annual membership fee is charged in full upon sign-up.
The price of the membership is displayed in the webshop and includes VAT and shipping costs for the 4 deliveries. Customers will be able to see the total value of the membership(s) payable in the basket as well as in the order summary displayed before the order is placed.
Customers must pay the purchase price for the ordered membership(s) and the delivery charge directly after placing an order.
Payment can be made by credit card. Noma reserves its right to add/remove payment options on the webshop at any time. Following placement of the order, an order confirmation will be sent to the Customer by email to the email address specified by the Customer when placing the order.
In line with the Danish Consumer Contracts Act, consumers may cancel their membership within 14 days from concluding the purchase without stating any reasons for such cancellation. If you wish to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us by email at hello@nomaprojects.com by means of an unambiguous statement about your decision to cancel the membership. You may use the sample cancellation form attached to these Terms and Conditions, but this is not mandatory.
If you cancel your membership within the 14-days period, a full refund will be issued without undue delay. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise; you will in no event be charged for this repayment.
The annual membership cannot be refunded or partially refunded after the 14-day period.

LA Season 2026 Dining Reservations
The LA season is planned for 2026. Exact dates and menu pricing are subject to final confirmation and will be announced directly by noma prior to the opening of reservations. Unlocked members will receive advance notice of these details and booking information. Members will receive an early access window during which they are eligible to make one reservation for up to two guests at a shared table. Seats will be made available on a first come first served basis. If you miss the Taste Buds early access window for LA bookings, we are unable to provide a refund.
Member Events
Access and Availability: In 2026, noma is planning a selection of member events, including tastings, gatherings, and learning experiences. Unlocked members will receive exclusive access to these events. Certain member events may involve additional charges separate from any membership or dining fees. If you are unable to attend an event, we are unable to provide a refund.
Products and content received as part of the membership are exclusively for members and are not for resale. If Noma Projects is made aware of such actions the corresponding membership will be terminated.
Membership does not automatically renew at the end of the year.
Memberships are tied to one person. If memberships are purchased as a gift, they can be transferred from the purchaser to the member within the 14-day period from purchase after which memberships cannot be transferred.
We currently ship to the EU, UK, US, Australia, Canada, Switzerland, Norway and Japan. In the case of a member moving address or changing their personal details in any way that might affect shipping it is the member's responsibility to inform the Noma Projects team (hello@nomaprojects.com). Shipments that are not received due to an old address or change in personal details cannot be refunded or reshipped.
US Deliveries are fulfilled with a DDP service (delivered duties paid)
Purchase agreements will be concluded in English and Noma Projects will store your purchase agreement electronically in our systems.
If you wish to complain, we implore you to reach out to us at hello@nomaprojects.com in order to find an amicable solution. Any complaint about the membership which cannot be resolved amicably by direct contact with us may be submitted to the Danish Dispute Resolution Centre situated within the House of Committees (in Danish: Nævnenes Hus), Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg. You can file a complaint by using the complaint portal available at https://naevneneshus.dk/.
Also, please note that the European Commission has set up a platform for the online resolution of disputes between companies and consumers. The ODR platform can be accessed at Online Dispute Resolution | European Commission (europa.eu)
