The Taste Buds Annual Event is our largest gathering of the year: a full day of workshops, tastings, tours, and conversations centered on fermentation, flavor, and the creative spark.

The program includes masterclasses with the noma team, hands-on sessions at Noma Projects HQ, and opportunities to connect with fellow Taste Buds visiting Copenhagen.

Alongside our events with Noma and Noma Projects, we'll be collaborating with friends and partners around Copenhagen to bring a taste of the city to our Taste Buds.

Details

  • Location: Noma Projects at Refshalevej 213A, 1432 København and Restaurant Noma at Refshalevej 96, 1432 København
  • Guests: Taste Buds Members and an optional +1
  • Each attendee needs a ticket
  • Members can only attend one Sunday
  • Each Sunday will feature the same program

This event is reserved for Taste Buds Members and their guests, Noma Projects reserves the right to cancel bookings that are not in line with the above policy.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations made up to 7 days before the event will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable, but the ticket may be transferred to another person.
  • The event takes place in person no shipping is involved.
