We hope this book serves as a springboard for creativity for anyone seeking to deepen their understanding of flavor and bring more deliciousness into their home kitchens. 

Ingredients:

Hazelnuts 59%, rose oil (rapeseed oil, dried rose), muscovado sugar, freeze-dried berries 12% (black currant, raspberries, blueberries), raw licorice, salt, saffron.  

Refrigerate after opening and use within 6 months.
