Join renowned glass artist Nina Nørgaard and her husband, Joachim Hjerl, for a special afternoon celebrating Danish craftsmanship, wine, and design.
Nina has been a longtime collaborator of Noma since its early days, her distinctive handmade glassware has become closely associated with some of Denmark’s most influential culinary experiences. Her work is celebrated for its organic forms, tactile beauty, and deep connection to the natural world.
Joachim is also a longtime friend of the house, having organized our Vild Mad festival in 2017. He is the founder of Havhøst an organization dedicated to developing and supporting regenerative sea farming and harvesting in the waters around Denmark. He is also in the early process of establishing the vineyard that sits on his and Nina’s land.
Guests will be welcomed to an intimate experience in Nina’s and Joachim’s private home, studio, and vineyard set in beautiful UNESCO-protected surroundings, an hour’s drive outside of Copenhagen. The event includes a tasting of Danish wines paired with light snacks served in Nina’s glassware, a guided tour of the vineyard, and a lecture exploring Nina’s artistic journey and the history behind her celebrated glass designs.
