Be among the very first guests to experience Hostia, upcoming restaurant from former Noma chef, Álvaro and his partner Mireia, before it opens its doors a Papirøen in Copenhagen.
After six years at Noma, including time in the Test Kitchen, Álvaro recently left to pursue his own vision: a restaurant centered on Spanish cooking over open fire. He is joined by his partner Mireia, whose background includes six years in the front of house in Copenhagen’s fine dining scene. Having worked together for years, the pair are now bringing their shared passion for hospitality, craftsmanship, and Spanish culinary traditions to life through Hostia.
For this special Taste Buds-only event, Álvaro and Mireia will transform the Noma Projects production space into a communal dining experience centered around a long, shared table. Guests will enjoy a generous summer barbecue-inspired menu served family-style, showcasing exceptional ingredients and the bold flavors of Spanish cooking.
The evening also includes a thoughtfully curated beverage pairing, with guests able to choose between alcoholic and non-alcoholic options. Expect a diverse selection that extends beyond wine.
