Pickling is one of the simplest ways to preserve an ingredient while completely transforming its flavor. In this workshop, we’ll explore how salt, sugar, and acid change the texture, aroma, and taste of seasonal ingredients.
The workshop will give guests the chance to learn from a member of the Test Kitchen team, exploring the key components that we use in the Noma pantry to develop deep flavor for our menu dishes.
