What is flavor? In this workshop we’ll explore how to define, create, and develop flavor like a Noma chef. A masterclass in building and working with flavor. 

The workshop will give guests the chance to learn from a member of the Test Kitchen team, exploring the key components that we use in the Noma pantry to develop deep flavor for our menu dishes.

  • Date: Monday, June 22
  • Time: Session 1: 5:00PM–5:45PM, session 2: 6:15PM–7:00PM
  • Location: Noma Projects LA Shop at 3300 Sunset Blvd, Los Angeles, CA
  • Each attendee needs a ticket
  • Each ticket is to the chosen workshop session only
  • The sessions do not differ

  • Cancellations made up to 7 days before the event will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable, but the ticket may be transferred to another person.
  • The event takes place in person at the Noma Projects Shop; no shipping is involved.
