Noma Projects is coming to New York City!
Our first-ever city tour kicks off on Sunday, April 14th and runs through Friday, April 19th. While we’re in town, we’ll be hosting book signings, doing pop-ups, cooking at the greenmarket, and collaborating with plenty of friends. Many familiar faces from Copenhagen will be along for the ride.

Join René Redzepi at Kitchen Arts & Letters, the beloved independent bookstore on the Upper East Side. He will be signing books with Mette Søberg and Junichi Takahashi, Co-Heads of the noma Test Kitchen and the co-authors of Noma 2.0. They’ll be signing copies of Noma in Kyoto; Noma 2.0: Vegetable, Forest, Ocean; The Noma Guide to Fermentation; and You & I Eat The Same.

For one night only, Noma Projects is popping up at Brooks Headley’s acclaimed Superiority Burger in the East Village. Brooks and our team are collaborating on several specials highlighting the flavors of Noma Projects.

Come and meet us at the market, where you’ll have the chance to taste some of our latest products. We're pairing up with USQ Greenmarket farmer Norwich Meadows Farm who are giving us the chance to cook with some of their peak-spring produce.

Closed Event, Lunch Service for Elementary & Middle School Children
In collaboration with DREAM Charter School and Brigaid, Noma Projects will face the true taste test and serve dishes during lunch to elementary and middle school students at DREAM Charter School.
