Her work is celebrated for its organic forms, tactile beauty, and deep connection to the natural world.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eJoachim is also a longtime friend of the house, having organized our Vild Mad festival in 2017. He is the founder of Havhøst an organization dedicated to developing and supporting regenerative sea farming and harvesting in the waters around Denmark. He is also in the early process of establishing the vineyard that sits on his and Nina’s land.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eGuests will be welcomed to an intimate experience in Nina’s and Joachim’s private home, studio, and vineyard set in beautiful UNESCO-protected surroundings, an hour’s drive outside of Copenhagen.
